At the Stanford Publishing Course

Every year for the past 26, I’ve spoken at the SPPC (Stanford Professional Publishing Course.) This year some of the speakers stayed in Stanford’s new Schwab Residential Center. The outside of the building looks like many of the newer ones on campus. But inside, it’s built around several courtyards, each of them boldly painted a different color. Whether by design or great good luck, Holly Brady, the course’s indefatigable and lovely director, booked me into a room in the blue wing. Just look at these pictures!
