Blue things (it is a bloog, after all)

Bad Blue

This is an awful accident involving cheese. Italian police confiscated 70,000 balls of mozzarella in Turin after people saw their purchases turn blue when they opened the package. Ag. Minister Galan called it a “disturbing” development. I should say so. While i like blue (a lot), there are only a few cases of blue food that are acceptable. (Blue cheese that is intentionally, not accidently, blue, is one of them.)
